As a listing agent, I am the "Seller's Representative" guiding you throughout the selling process which includes the listing process, the marketing process, contract negotiation and settlement/closing.

Advising the seller on pricing and value of their home.

Advising the seller on cost-effective improvements that should be done as well as proper furniture placement in order to sell their home more quickly and for a better price.

Marketing the home - advertising and promotion.

Communicating with the seller while their property is being marketed.

Advising the seller during contract negotiations and representing the seller's best interest ... dotting the "i"s and crossing the "t"s.

Monitoring the negotiated contract through the process to closing (i.e. home inspection, radon test, termite inspection, etc. - always keeping in mind to protect and promote the best interest of the seller.

As part of our service to you, we will recommend other experienced and skilled professionals such as lenders, home inspectors, lawyers, title companies, architects, contranctors, insurers, movers, etc. whose services we have actually used or our customers have used, are satisfied with and recommend to others.

We usually make such recommendations based on each client's needs and preferences.
