Our goal is to provide you with enough information to familiarize yourself with the real estate market prices in the areas you are considering.  Depending on your preference, we will program your parameter into our online Homes database search that automaticlly e-mails you whenever a property that matches your criteria comes on the market.

In representing you, the buyer, as a Buyer's Agent you will benefit in the following ways:

• Our written agreement will allow me to protect the buyer's interests throughout the entire transaction. Offer step by step communication leading to the transaction closing through the home buying process ... 
• We will work with you to help you get pre-approved for a mortgage if need be.  Sellers and their agents know that a pre-approved buyer is serious and prepared to close on a property quickly.  
• Email your specific home requirements to top producing agents in the area alerting them we have a qualified purchaser.
• Preview all new listings, Internet listings, Open Houses, and For Sale By Owners that suit your home requirements. If you see a sign, attend an open house, or even hear about a property, call us first and we will provide you with all the information on that property and make all the necessary arrangements for viewing. 
• Provide immediate access to any new listing that meets your your search criteria.
• Provide a comprehensive market evaluation of any property of choice in order to determine the best price to offer the Seller. 
• Our discussions will remain confidential.
• I will advise the buyer as to the value of the property as well as an initial offering price/strategy, and negotiate in the best interests of the buyer when presenting the offer to the Seller or Seller's agent.
• I will assist the buyer with regard to any negotiation as a result of the home inspection, radon test, termite inspection, etc.
• I will be allowed, when showing properties, to point out any deficiencies the property might contain that my trained eyes can detect.
• The cost for these services is paid for by the seller of the home you purchase.
